My grandchildren are loving this carry along case. Their favourites are the buckles, buttons and zipper. Teaches colour recognition, shapes and number and phonicsGreat value for money!
A fab activity centre that is light enough to take anywhere including visits and car journeys. Lightweight yet sturdy this is great value for money. Bright colours with lots of shapes and textures to keep little minds and fingers busy. Different activities on each ‘page’ like colours, numbers, letters, fasteners such as zips and buttons and ties as well as clothes, clocks and bags. There are number of Velcro shapes that maybe better if stored in a bag or something in case they fall out of the busy board when not in use or travelling otherwise someone has to ensure they’re all stuck down properly. Should last for a few years in terms of age related activities and also the quality of the item. Safe and soft, every child should have a busy board. Something for all young children I think.
We found this a lovely product for our little ones. It allowed us to both sit down with them to teach them the alphabet, numbers, colours and basic shapes. We found that you could leave them one their own for the activities on the inner covers as they seemed to be fascinated about taking them apart and putting back together.I like the fact there are plenty of different challenging activities for them to work on themselves but also you can unzip the pages as they contain a lot of pieces and probably go everywhere if you left the book with them. The build quality is very good and would seem robust enough to be thrown around and to resist being torn apart. We have had this book for a bit now and it seems to be up to the job.Sadly we already have lost one shape piece but this was after we realised pages could be removed. Each piece is attached to the book using velcro which feels quite strong in keeping the pieces in place. There are a lot of parts to this and you have to be careful not to loose them. We are using this to teach the little ones to tidy up after the play and make sure all the parts are present.
This is a briefcase style activity play board for young preschool children. It opens to show an array of clothes items such as belt buckles, zippers, laces and poppers. On the last page there are similar items, along with a clock, a purse and a hat.In the middle pages are different sections of velcro puzzles. Numbers, coloured crayons, alphabet lettersand coloured shapes. My three year old grandson enjoyed playing with this but got slightly frustrated with the velcro pieces because after a while they wouldn’t stay where they were put and would fall off or refuse to stick. The front and back ‘clothes items’ are a great idea but some of the poppers and buttons are very stiff and tricky for little fingers to open. I had difficulty with some of them myself, and I’m well past toddler age.Even allowing for those teething troubles it still gave him a lot of enjoyment. The only other thing that disappointed him was the cover says “Happy Farm’ and there were no farm or animal references inside.
This is really lovely! I ordered the Busy Board as the listing said it was light, strong and easily portable. I was looking for something to send to my 1yr old Grandson (who currently lives in Cyprus), his daddy is in the forces and the family spend hours of time travelling to and from the UK. This will be just perfect to help to keep him entertained on the long flights and car journeys. The Busy Board is very well made, its bright, colourful and both fun and educational and will certainly help a toddler to lean basic, essential life skills quickly and has many things to help keep a young child engaged for a good while. This item has a lot going on in a light and compact carry case and is a very good buy for the price.
Sensory/learning board is great.Big soft activity board.Lots of activities to do.Great for sensory skills, touch, feel and visualise.Good quality pieces attached with velcro.Using Motor skills and sensory to learn numbers, colours shapes and pictures.Lightweight with carry handles for easy transportation.
This is a really good quality activity educational toy for toddlers.Beautifully put together it contains loads of practical activities for young children including buttons, zips, shoelaces, toggles and press studs. There’s jigsaws, colours, shapes and counting as well. It’s simply brilliant for teaching young kids dexterity skills.
Our son loves this at first sight. Dinosaurs and then a whole book to explore.Being able to take out each page is a huge bonus. It has a huge range of activities that will tick all the boxes for different stimulation and learning. It will help with different ages as well since some parts you can return to at later point. Making this more than just a quick play thing. Please not that some shapes have to be cut out with scissors before you can use them.Overall a great idea for a toddler than can have use for over a year with the different activities
This busy board features an all inclusive toddler sensory board with various different pages that include activities to keep them engaged. From colours, food, animals, clocks everything all in one place as well as straps, clips, zips and more. There’s just so much for your child to explore and will keep them engaged for a long long time. It’s very well made, easy to fold away and transport and doesn’t leave any mess. Highly recommended for toddlers which will keep them busy and help them develop.
This is the most wonderful resource because it contains such a wealth of possibilities for play, experimentation and learning. The fact it is pink and unicorn themed on the outside might make it more appealing to girls, or perhaps I'm being old fashioned.Opened up, first there is an array of different fasteners including different shapes that are velcroed shut but can be opened up. Well, I know that my ten month old granddaughter would absolutely love that page to bits. Then there are twelve different shapes that can be detached and stuck on the correctly matched place. This is great for learning both shapes and colours though perhaps hexagon and pentagon might be bit too much !Similarly, counting, colours and the alphabet follow, where the correct answer can be matched and stuck into place. Then there is a velcro unicorn jigsaw, a time and calendar page and finally another fastenings page along with cogs and a zip.I would imagine this is absolutely ideal for a child up to around the age of five.I think there is a whole lot of fun to be had in selecting things like the month, day, date and time, and learning becomes a fun game with this colourful, well designed board book.I can't fault it though parents might need to supervise and monitor to make sure the little velcro pieces don't get lost in the bottom of the toy box.I also think any little girl is going to love carrying this around using the handles and just adoring the soft pink unicorn-ness of it!
